So my sister joined a gym, my sister-in-law wanted to wager something. I opened my big mouth. So now with have a bet to see how can lose the most weight. When this is suppose to start I don't know. I did suggest that we start a blog, even though it is a competition, I really think it would be good to have each others back, and show encouragement. Everybody said that was fine, but nobody wants to start it. I'm not sure if I start a blog, if anybody would even work with me. So for now, you guys are going to have to put up with me, on here.
I did lose between 5-10 pounds over the last two weeks. My scale kept jumping. I'm going to go with the 5 pound lose, just because it tended to stay on that side. I am very proud of it. Of course I can't tell yet. My clothes aren't fitting any different. So it is a little annoying. But I know if I keep on the right track, I will get there.
I have to say though, I did cheat, and I ate a couple of donuts, then since I was walking losing weight, why not run. I managed to get a little over a 1/2 a mile, but I was tried afterward, that I couldn't finish walking my usually. So for now, I think I'm going to stick to my walking, until it gets so easy, that I just add a little running in.
I also got the Zumba on WII. I haven't done it yet. I'm planning on it tomorrow. And hopefully tomorrow I will get my punching bag. I'm hoping between walking 5 days a week, and doing my ab circle 5 days a week. Plus one day I will put in 30 minutes on the punching bag, and the next day, instead of the punching bag, I will do the Zumba, and maybe I can get that in 7 days a week. I'm really hoping.
I do have a huge favor to ask, I know a lot of you that read this, doesn't have a blog so you can't leave me messages, but I do ask when I write about this journey that you keep up the encouragement. Either through texting, here, or on facebook. It means a lot to ME.
