sweet victory?

So I have been really good on my exercising as of late. I've been running a least a mile. I've been trying to push myself to 2 miles. Not quit there yet, but soon hopefully. I've also been on my ab circle. A lot of you might not believe this, but that thing is hard to stay on for 3 minutes. I've also been doing my shakeweight. It's pretty fun, and I can feel it working. yay. So far I've only lost 1 pound. But I haven't been really watching what I eat. But I don't think it's too too bad for 1 week.
