Odds and Ends...

Scary I know. I'm posting what is this, twice this week?? I'm lucky I get a post here once a month.

I had a fun, but tiring day. This morning while Ralph was working on the pick-up, Kayla and I went outside. She decided she wanted to run races. OMGosh! I was running a full out sprint. Of course I can't run very fast, and Kayla still bet me 90% of the time. After about 10 minutes of this, I'm a firm believer that Kayla is going to be my new Trainer. :) I'm sore and tired, and everything in between. After the running, we played catch, of course I had to run after the ball every time, I dropped it. The wind was blowing so I had to chase it around the yard.

SO later about 11:00am we went to the grocery store, to buy some meat that was on sale. We get there, and THINK that Zachary has to stay late today (School) so we went to Burger King and ate lunch. We left almost at 12:30, and I thought I'd call the school to make sure they were going to have OSA, because I didn't get any paperwork on it. Thank goodness I called. It was canceled today. Gee thanks for letting everybody know. So we rush to the school, and barely get there in time.

Okay so it's only 1pm, and the kids are already fighting, and I've had it up to here!!!!!! Zachary decides to yell at his dad! I call him into the living room and make him to Ralph he is sorry. The little turkey decides to roll his eyes at me, and refuse to apologize. Geez! I finally got him to listen and told him if he didn't behave he was sitting on the living room floor, not watching TV or playing with toys the rest of the day. He balls his fits up, tells Ralph he is sorry, and walks away. I don't know about that kid.

Well after supper the kids have calmed down, and stopped fighting. Ralph and Kayla were making oatmeal cookies. Which is so not fair, every time I try to make cookies, I burn the dumb things, but Ralphs comes out perfect. :( Anyway, afterwards, our chairs in the kitchen have wheels. The kids figured out they can pull Ralph around, and off they went for about 30 minutes. It was fun to watch.

Now all three of them are cuddle up on the couch watching Wizard of Oz! It's was a great day!
