Well I stepped up my game a little today. I worked out on my ab circle, I figured out if I put on a knee brace on my sore knee it doesn't hurt as bad. I also walked my hour like always, but at each mile I would increase my incline, so by the time I walked almost 70 minutes I was up to a 5.5 incline. my husband is forced to work until 7 am tomorrow so I get my new bed all by myself tonight. well until my kids find out that daddy isn't here and crawl into bed with me. lol
